The work that I show at Artique Gallery is a cross -section of my most recent work in watercolour and acrylic.

For the past couple of years I have been fascinated with the challenges of painting still life. I have delighted in painting the reflective qualities of silver objects and the everyday beauty of items that I have collected over the years. Each item holds a memory for me and I hope invokes emotional memories for other people as well.

I continue to paint outdoors as well, and have worked on landscape in both acrylic, watercolour, and oil pastels. My hope is to spend more time in the field over the next year.
