Returning from travelling I continued to weave and study over the years, fine arts at the University of Manitoba, Banff School of Art, Maiwa in Vancouver, Lilly Bohlin’s studio in Victoria.

I have exhibited at Circle Craft in Vancouver, numerous galleries and craft festivals throughout western Canada and currently, have my work presented at Artique, Collective Art Gallery in Powell River.

I am passionate about fibre, the colour, the textures and the possibilities. In recent years, I have moved to felting with merino and silk as I find it a more “painterly” approach and more satisfying in a tactile way. My weaving has also become more deconstructed, with the goal of displaying the fibre in as close to its natural beauty as possible.
